House Sitting is when a Paws Pet Sitter will stay at your home overnight. This service is ideal for;

- clients who want their pets fed more than once per day,

- clients who want their pets put to bed and let out in the morning,

- households with a large number of pets, including farms.

Many of our Pet Sitters are willing to house sit for you, if this is your preferred service.

The Pet Sitter will be at your house from 6pm – 7am and will tend to your pets needs during this time. You can give them clear instructions of your routine between these times. For example, what time your pets need to go out to the toilet, what time they are put to bed, or even any medication that needs to be administered at a particular time. You may also want the Pet Sitter to do some extra chores around your home, please discuss these when making the booking as there could be a charge for work over and above looking after your pet’s needs.

Your Pet Sitter will need to come for an initial interview at your home. You can have the interview to meet your Pet Sitter before deciding whether you would like to use this service. At the interview you will show your Pet Sitter around your home, give them instructions and discuss with them any special needs your pets may have. You can make the rules – tell them what they can touch and use and what you would like left alone.
